About...
what we did was cut a corner off the bumper brackets to let the i/c sit lower in the car. As u will see by doing this u won't have to cut theheader panel at the top to put the i/c in. In my car u can't see my i/c unless u look thru the grill.. Banning had to cut his header panel at the top so u can see his thru the engine bay when the hood is up. By cutting a corner off the bumper brace u can reduce the height of the i/c by about an inch.

w/ my mod u don't have to cut any rows of the i/c off at all. just part of the bumper mount. so the i/c will sit lower in the car. Looks neat and no one will know its there but you. all u can see from the engine bay is the pipes going in and coming out. I even have my high beam adjusters and lights. In Bannings u lose that high beam adjuster and in a lot of cases the whole high beam light bucket. I like having all my lights. No flame entended Banning was 1 of the first people to do the mod and show pictures along w/ I think Reds Hot Air. But to my knowledge, both lost there ability to either hide their i/c well or their high beams, or cut i/c rows. Thus, losing a little efficiency. With mine people just think I have a big radiator. Its the greatest laugh and stealth factor. Poor slobs don't even know what is going happen to them!

It's close but u'll be okay if u use 2.5 in piping. good luck bro. Would not reccommend 3 in piping. too tight and not necessary.
